Director’s Statement

COLONIAL GLASS is a short video-portrait of one of the last industrial manufacturers on the Williamsburg, Brooklyn waterfront. The video celebrates the potential pleasure of manufacturing jobs and viability of urban industry while recognizing that, in a gentrified neighborhood, most workers cannot live where they work.
